Last week I shared our low carb meal plan for the week (that post here), and we're at it again!

Friday - Grilled Hot Wings and oven roasted green beens

Saturday - Valentino's Pizza

Lunches:

Al - Chicken Noodle Soup and Cherry Lime LaCroix

Jake - Salads and Grapefruit Lacroix

For the Chicken Dishes we used 2 chicken breasts for each of the main dishes and 3 for the soup.

Also, we put 4-5 pressed cloves of garlic in our chicken noodle and some shakes of Basil and it was amazing.

Shopping List

Ground Turkey Breast

8-9 Chicken Breasts

Garlic

2 Yellow Onion

Head of Lettuce

4 Roma tomatoes

2 Small avocados

2 Red Onions

Lime (or lime juice)

1 Mango

1 Red Bell Pepper

1 Yellow Bell Pepper

1 Green Bell pepper

1 Pineapple

1 Sweet Potato

Brussel Sprouts

Green Beans

4 celery ribs

4 Medium Carrots

Jalepeno

Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Dill Pickles

Swiss Cheese, shredded

Deli Ham (5-6 slices)

Soy Sauce

Pineapple Juice in a can

Fat Free Sour Cream

Chips or Veggies for dipping the guac

2 Cartons of 32 oz chicken broth (low sodium)

and if you don't have these in your pantry yet, you'll need...

Olive oil

Chili Powder

Cumin

Paprika

Brown Sugar

Basil (for shaking into your chicken noodle)

Siracha (Hawaiian chx marinade)
