Oreo Truffles : footballs

Don’t forget the dessert for the super bowl! With all of the other tasty foods, sometimes the sweets don't get the attention they deserve.

These are easy to make and delicious! I ended up with 24 footballs with this recipe.

Ingredients:

1 Package Oreos

4 Oz Cream Cheese

Chocolate Almond Bark

White Chocolate chips or White Almond Bark

1. Mash all the Oreos up with a food processor . I used a meat pounder instead, whatever.

2. Mix in the 4oz of cream cheese with a fork or your clean hands

3. Roll the newly made dough into little football shapes on a pan. And then place the pan in the freezer for 30 min

4. Melt the chocolate almond bark in a coffee cup for one minute and thirty seconds, stirring every thirty seconds to prevent burning and encourage even melting.

5. Put a toothpick in a football and dip it into your chocolate, then shake off the excess chocolate and place on a lined pan. Leave the toothpick in while it dries. Repeat for all footballs.

6. Let dry for 10 minutes. Then go ahead and twist the toothpick out.

7. Melt some whites chocolate and spoon into a ziplock bag. Cut the tiniest hole in the corner of the ziploc bag and decorate!

8. Store in fridge and enjoy !
