It's a sale that happens only once a year and it offers THIS Fall's stuff at incredible discounts. I don't know any other places that have sales on merchandise for next season, all of the prices will go up after the sale. I have been shopping this sale the last three years and I have found staples that I still use and have loved so I have some great recs for what to buy (it's definitely overwhelming).

These are the leggings I constantly talk about that make you look a size smaller than you are. If you don't like the "moto" look, they have solid leather leggings too here .
Wore this striped top from the sale two years ago all the time to work with dress pants, or under layers, and lounging around at home. It's so comfortable and is definitely a closet staple. I read to order one size up though on these shirts to be safe! (also wore it in this post)
My Target leather jacket is a staple for me. When I don't know what to wear I throw it on, so much so that my Target one is showing its wear. I'm slowly saving for a real leather jacket, but if you don't have any jackets like this -- then get this one!
This is also so soft I wear my green one all the time, it's really warm too. Love this checked black and white version.
These leggings are amazing quality. Such thick fabric and this is an incredible sale price! I would honestly say they are comparable to lululemon quality. I ordered my second pair this year.

I hesitate putting this on my post because I know it will sell out quick. I didn't order it, because I have some cute silk camis already but this is a excellent price and these are so trendy right now. Check back and see if it comes back in stock (I'm already anticipating it's out of stock as I'm writing this). Sometimes they restock things when the sale opens to the general public. I've bought two scarves at this sale, and my mom has bought one as well. They are so soft and cozy (have I said that enough for one post?). We are talking the large oversized scarves. These always sell out too. If the one I linked is sold out , here's another great option.
