ICU Style

If you've been following my posts for a while, you know I try and post an outfit post once a month.

Here's what my outfit has been daily in July.

Scrubs

These green beauties are hospital required.

Sports Bra

I've been alternating between this style -lots of support, this style - medium support, and this style -minimum support. All of them are good. Embarrassingly, I hadn't purchased sports bras in over four years so I needed these pretty bad and when VS had their semiannual sale I ordered six online!

Compression Socks

I did a lot of research on which compression socks brands were better than others because I had no idea. There are a lot of really expensive options and a lot of really cheap options and so I landed in between with these socks. I love them! They are comfortable, you can feel the compression, and they look and feel high quality.

Hair Elastics

I've been wearing a lot of braids lately, and these hair elastics have been wonderful. I can sleep in my braids from the night before and they stay perfectly.

Supportive Tennis Shoes

I've been wearing my running shoes that I bought a few months ago (these are the exact ones I have , this is the new version), and they have been so good to my feet. I know everyone loves to wear these shoes around, but I'm not on board with them just yet. Maybe I need a few more months of experience before I slide into those clogs.

Apple Watch

Wonderful graduation gift from Jake ! I use it all the time and love tracking how much exercise I'm getting running around all day and evening.

This was Jake's Match Day gift to me. It's not only great because it reminds me of him and a special accomplishment, but it's a perfect accessory for my scrubs. The chain is delicate and so it's hardly noticeable but my patients do ask sometimes about the glimmering A and J initials and it's a nice little way to add personality to my daily outfit.
